Tutorial DK V6 SERVER

Dando uma volta pela net achei isso aki galera, se estiver postando errado me desculpem!

Espero ter ajudado.



SERVER SETUP

First: Download VMWare the latest 7.1.3 one and install it
(Torrent link Below)

Second: Do not edit anything in VMWare let it stay default !
(Servers do not need much ram or processing power)
Third: Download the Server file DARKEDEN.EXE and rename it to DARKEDEN.EGG

Fourth: Install ALZIP to extract the server files and open it with VMWare
(Download link Below)

Fifth: It will ask you for login and pw which are login:root pw:`1234 (`1234 not '1234)
Sixth: type mysql -u root then type flush privileges then type quit;

Seventh: Now type ifconfig so you can see your IP address it will be as following 192.168.1.X
Eigth: Download Navicat and install it

(unzip and then unrar all files in same folder)

Ninth: In navicat go File->new connection-> Mysql

Ten: In connection name fill in what you want , Host name/ip adress fill in your IP adress which you found in step Seven, Port stays 3306, Username: alcls Pass: alcls1

Eleventh: Click connect , if succesful you will enter the DB
Twelvth: Go to GameServerInfo and change the existing ip's to your IP which you found in step seven. Then go to WorldDBInfo and change the IP's &PORT (3306) also and change Username to alcls and pass to alcls1

Now save and close navicat and go back to VMWare , type ./start and your server should be running with INFINITE LOOP message


CLIENT SETUP

To connect to the server with a client , download the DKPerfect client and start notepad.exe

Put this in notepad:

dklegend.exe NEWSTART Futec(192.168.x.x:9909)

The 192.168.x.x is your IP adress and the 9909 is the default port to connect to the server
Now save it as a .bat file and put it in the dkperfect folder
Click on the file you created and the client should start.

To change the resolution of the client, just go Data>Info>Resolution.inf and edit the X and Y sizes to your monitor size.
Change the 0 to a 1 to activate full screen mode.

Mal, mesmo me precipitei , os links abrirao agora, ( acho ke tem algo haver com novo antivirus que instalei ....AVG..2011, ele tem uma option que blokeias alguns links .. ja arrumei e o links abrirao)!!

- Cada vez que eu tento logar aparece este erro novamente, como se tivesse algum erro no client.

segue abaixo a imagem do server quando tento logar, estou no aguardo, quem ajudar n preciso nem falar é reput. na certa.

- Cada vez que eu tento logar aparece este erro novamente, como se tivesse algum erro no client.


Esse erro é porque teu cliente não é o correto para este servidor.


Este server é o mesmo que estou usando, e ele tem algumas tabelas faltando...
Ative Gold Medal pra dropar e veja o que acontece quando algum player pega uma...

Realmente era mesmo o cliente Vlw cara, quanto as tabelas que faltam vc tem ai me manda, ai..

Até o presente momento, a única tabela que dei falta no meu server foi a "GoldMedalCount" - quando ativei o drop da Gold Medal, um dos players pegou uma e o server deu erro (Unhandled Exception - Table GoldMedalCount does not exist).

Eu achei uma "sql query" que insere esta tabela, mas não sei se é a tabela correta, pois encontrei ela no "DK2SITE" que alguém compartilhou aqui no CCV, e pelo que eu percebi, este site é para V2 e não para V6.

Eu inseri a tabela mencionada acima, mas ainda não tive como testar, eu ativei o drop da Gold Medal mas ainda não caiu nenhuma. Assim que cair alguma e se for esta tabela mesmo, vou anexar nesta resposta.

Fiz a configuração certinho, mas ele para nessa tela que mandei, ele fica carregando essas mesmas mensagens, nem aparece a mensagem do Infinite Loop...

Então, quando tento fazer login ele fica dando DC, seria o client??

Pode ser o client e pode ser o servidor.

Se quando você faz login, a tentativa não é registrada no servidor (VM), então a autenticação não está chegando ao servidor.

Quais os motivos??
Verifique se o IP que vc está usando no client para acessar o servidor está correto.
Verifique as portas.

Enfim, verifique as configurações de conexão, com bastante calma e atenção.
