First off I would like to thank you guys for your amazing tutorials, you helped out a lot along the way of making my own server, but I need help with a couple things I just can't seem to find.

I'm trying to change the item.inf so pets work, the only one I have with out any other servers web address in it doesn't have penguins,military bears and gargoyles.

Is there a tutorial on making a item.inf file or modifying an existing one?

Also is there a tutorial on modifying the darkeden.exe file, I have tried it with hex editor but when I close and save it gives me a error.

Whenever I change and save anything using Hex Editor in the darkeden.exe file the error I get is DarkEden.exe is not a valid Win32 application.

I added pets to my data base and they work fine when I use darkeden extremes item.inf file but their www.darkedenextreme.com shows on all the items in the game, I basically want to make my own item.inf file with all the pets in it and not have any www adresses showing.

Thanks for the help.

I figured out why I was getting the errors when changing anything in the darkeden.exe file, when you change any information in there you have to make sure the information your inputting takes up the same amount of space as the old information or so it seems, same with the item.inf file, every time Id try and change anything in there it wouldn't let me log into the game, so I basically made sure I inputted exactly the amount of characters the old information had and everything works fine.

Now i just need to figure out how to change the company name and file description in the darkeden.exe file and my client is all set. :rolleyes:
